Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' employment needs, goals, and barriers.
Develop and Implement Employment PlansWork with clients to develop personalized employment plans, setting clear goals and objectives.
Provide Career Guidance and SupportOffer guidance and support to clients in their job search, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Connect Clients with ResourcesLink clients with relevant resources, including job training programs, education and training services, and employment agencies.
Monitor and Evaluate ProgressRegularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making adjustments to their employment plans as needed.
Requirements- Education
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or human resources.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in employment counseling, career development, or a related field.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse client populations.
Computer SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
