Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Yatin's Kitchen Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food and beverages in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are handled and stored in a way that prevents cross-contamination and foodborne illness.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
