About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team at 1378599 B.C. LTD. as a Vehicle Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing heavy equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues in heavy equipment and vehicles to determine the cause of the problem.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Estimate costs for repairs and maintenance to ensure accurate billing.
  • Test and inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
  • Advise customers on the status of their vehicles and equipment, and provide recommendations for future maintenance and repairs.
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and punctuality to meet deadlines and commitments.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
