- Policy Information: Provide clients with detailed information about group and individual insurance packages, including risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features.
- Sales and Marketing: Sell a range of insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Licence: Hold a provincial or territorial licence to practice as an Insurance Agent.
- Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on client coverage and policy sales.
- Language: Be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Work Hours: Be available to work 35 hours per week, with flexibility to meet client needs.
