Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Avis Budget Car Rentals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and managing staff and assigning duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Tasks: Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources as needed.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and motivate team members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that goals are met.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market data and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Resolve Issues and Oversee Payroll Administration: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and oversee payroll administration to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
