Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Record Keeper to join our team at DYNAMONT BOOKKEEPING & FINANCIAL SERVICES. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our bookkeeping processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

  • Hindi

  • Panjabi; Punjabi
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain financial records and establish, manage, and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate various statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balances of books
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Tally ERP
  • Experienced with accounting software
  • Skilled in MS Excel
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
