Team Operations Lead

Position Overview:The Team Lead position entails overseeing and mentoring team members to achieve production goals and uphold quality benchmarks. Key responsibilities include training personnel in manufacturing techniques, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and promptly addressing workplace challenges. This role necessitates availability for weekend continental shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct, mentor, and manage Manufacturing Associates
- Troubleshoot work-related issues to enhance productivity
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a tidy work environment
- Verify the accuracy of inventory and production documentation
- Ensure proper labeling of final products and inventory reconciliation
- Execute additional tasks as required
- Comprehend company values and strategic objectives
- Exhibit strong communication and numerical skills
- Encourage team members to meet operational demands
- Possess knowledge of quality assurance practices
- Have experience in a production-focused role
High school diploma or post-secondary education is preferred.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift weights up to 50lbs
