Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at NPA WorldWide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to skilled trades employees, including Industrial Mechanics/Millwrights and apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations to ensure production equipment is maintained and repaired to meet scheduled production targets and minimize production downtime.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to skilled trades employees, including training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience supervising Trades employees.
  • Millwright Certification.
  • 3 Shift Rotation every two weeks.
