About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Vinpearl Nails & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate appointments, events, and activities to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Manage Salon Operations to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor Quality and Productivity to ensure high standards of service and quality are maintained.
  • Requisition and Order Materials and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Support Social and Labour Market Integration of newcomers and refugees by facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural competency and awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
