Retail Store Manager

Petro Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and customer service software.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
