Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic security clearance and bondability
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be organized, and possess excellent time management skills.
