Palliative Care Nurse Opportunity

VHA Home HealthCare is a leading provider of home care services in Ontario, with a team of over 3,000 dedicated professionals. Our palliative care program is designed to deliver comprehensive home nursing services to individuals and families facing end-of-life circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and monitor patients to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other specialized nursing services
  • Manage pain and symptoms, and provide mental health support and check-ins
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
Requirements:
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Membership of your Professional Association preferred (RNAO/WeRPN)
  • RN diploma/degree or RPN diploma from a recognized university or college
  • Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
  • Acute Care and Medical-Surgical nursing experience is an asset
