About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join our team at NAIT. As a key member of our Organizational Development Services (ODS) team, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and teams in achieving our goals through strategic facilitation services, inclusive employee engagement programs, and purposeful talent management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of functional solutions to elevate the employee experience, focusing on talent enablement, learning, and performance enhancement.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to the project team and leadership to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR Delivery Team to transform and elevate the employee experience with an organizational development lens.
Requirements
  • A related undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Experience in developing organizational development talent enablement programs, including talent design, evaluation, development, and management.
  • Experience in Workday utilization and/or implementation is an asset.
  • Experience in developing organizational learning programs, including learning development, delivery, and operations.
