Director of Franchise Sales and Operations

Freshslice Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our franchise sales and operations efforts in Ontario.
As the Director of Franchise Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our franchise network in the region. This is a fully on-site position that requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record in franchising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and qualify new franchisees, conducting pre-qualification and interview processes to ensure successful recruitment.
- Develop and implement a business plan to drive growth targets for the next 10 years, including establishing an office in the province and attending franchise shows and conventions.
- Oversee restaurant operations after opening, providing ongoing coaching and location audits to ensure top-quality operations.
- Research and promote Freshslice Pizza in major platforms, such as the Chamber of Commerce and other franchise lead generation and broker platforms.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of franchise experience, particularly in recruitment and training of franchisees.
- Must have lived in the current province for 1+ years.
- Must be within 20km of the GTA.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and training new franchisees and providing ongoing marketing support once they are operational.
- Post-opening support, coaching, and location audits to ensure top-quality operations.
