We are seeking a collaborative and impactful Agile Project Coordinator and Scrum Facilitator for our Data & Dynamics Team. This role involves working closely with clients to uncover opportunities, define challenges, and collaboratively develop solutions that address business needs. Your exceptional communication and coordination abilities will foster a high-performing team atmosphere by managing expectations and adapting to the preferred project management styles of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders, developers, technical team members, and designers.
  • Collaborate with the product owner or product manager to create and maintain the project roadmap and Azure boards.
  • Serve as Scrum Facilitator, ensuring the development team operates efficiently, removing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies.
  • Gather project requirements through discussions with a diverse range of stakeholders, from executives to end users.
  • Ensure that functional requirements are documented, achievable, and fulfilled.
  • Establish the project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards.
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, ensuring they are concise, focused, and timely.
  • Organize and conduct sprint planning and grooming sessions, tracking ticket assignments.
  • Manage Scrum artifacts effectively.
  • Foster a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of judgment, emphasizing problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Hold development teams accountable for meeting deadlines and targets.
  • Oversee release cycles for multiple products.
  • Monitor and report on sprint progress and deliverables using metrics and retrospectives.
  • Support and encourage the team to make decisions, seek assistance when necessary, and take ownership of their commitments.
  • Act as a central point for information transfer to minimize distractions and interruptions.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • 3+ years of experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365.
  • Strong technical skills with extensive experience in software development and/or enterprise infrastructure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience in mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles, tools, and test automation.
  • Experience in facilitating daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification.
  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • SAFe Certification.

Compensation: $110,000 - $128,000 annually.

Expected Salary Range plus 15% Variable earnings.
