We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager, Commercial Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Financial Analysis - Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to clients on financial products and services.
- Market Research - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
- Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
