Client Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and retention
- Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless client experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
