About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at HIKINEX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and developing our sales force, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with our CEO to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and build brand awareness
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of successful business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and securing meetings with key decision-makers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
