Job Summary

Sotera Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
    • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Identify and analyze financial trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to meet regulatory and management requirements.
    • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and scorecards to provide real-time financial information.
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Administer payroll and benefits programs, including processing payroll submissions and calculating benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Develop and maintain payroll and benefits processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Inventory and Costing
    • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
    • Perform cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support inventory management decisions.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
