About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive to join our team at WINGO GROUP INC as an Executive Vice-President. This is a senior management opportunity that requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment duration.
  • Working language: English.
  • Working hours: 35 hours per week.
