Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a cooperative atmosphere with transportation personnel.
  • Organize and manage incoming and outgoing shipment schedules.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Input, update, and validate data within enterprise systems, including JD Edwards.
  • Compile and maintain reports promptly and accurately.
  • Cross-check record entries with relevant documentation.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service department to synchronize operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems and various software applications.
  • Experience in administrative functions, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Strong scheduling and coordination capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Prior experience in a shipping environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
