Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers and engineers to develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that projects are progressing smoothly and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, including progress reports, financial reports, and technical reports.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement contingency plans.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing meeting minutes, tracking project milestones, and maintaining project records.
Requirements:
- Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience in civil construction or equivalent.
- Concrete experience is required.
- Strong background in heavy civil earthworks, road building, and underground utilities.
- Travel is required - a valid driver's license is required.
- A driver's abstract is required and must be obtained no more than 30 days prior to employment start date.
- Team player and excellent people skills.
- A reliable means of transportation is required.
- Proficient English language skills required.
