We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Artificial Intelligence & Analytics practice at Cognizant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients Rethink, Reimagine, and Reinvent their business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy large language models to enhance their performance on legal text processing tasks
- Evaluate and maintain our data assets and training/evaluation data sets
- Design and build pipelines for preprocessing, annotating, and managing legal document datasets
- Collaborate with legal experts to understand requirements and ensure models meet domain-specific needs
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field
- ~5+ years of relevant experience in Data Science field
- ~ Experience working within Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing environments especially AWS Sagemaker
- ~ Good understanding of model deployment / automating pipelines (MLOps)
As a Senior Data Scientist at Cognizant, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team of professionals, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto/Mississauga, ON. However, the specific work arrangement may change based on project requirements and business needs.
