Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Biomedical Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithms for our Skiin platform, which utilizes wearable technology to monitor and analyze biomedical data.
Responsibilities- Design and develop statistical and machine learning algorithms for the analysis of large-scale longitudinal biomedical data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute projects for the development of algorithm-based features for the Skiin platform.
- Work closely with the Software team to ensure proper deployment of algorithms and models in the Myant Health Platform.
- Contribute to the development of data processing pipelines for efficient extraction, transformation, and analysis of biomedical real-world data.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in biomedical data science.
- PhD in Biomedical, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience working in the medical device industry or with industrial partners in the medical field.
- Extensive experience in modern scripting languages, including Python.
- Proven experience working with biomedical data, including longitudinal health-related data and clinical data.
