YOUR ROLE

On certain days, you will work from your home office, preparing for site evaluations or analyzing data related to tangible assets. On other days, you will be out in the field, conducting site assessments to collect details, measurements, and photographs of various tangible assets, which may include buildings, furnishings, machinery, and equipment components. You will gain experience across diverse sectors such as mining, forestry, food production, utilities, manufacturing, education, and healthcare. The position requires approximately 30-40% travel within the region and nationally, with potential for international travel. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be located near a major airport.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and database management is essential. You hold a valid passport, driver's license, and have access to a reliable vehicle, with a willingness to travel regionally, nationally, and internationally.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Analyst

Full proficiency in English (additional language skills are advantageous);

Post-secondary education;

Experience in data collection, analysis, and/or costing is beneficial;

Knowledge of construction or industrial processes is a plus;

A combination of education, knowledge, and experience will be considered.

Consultant

Full proficiency in English (additional language skills are advantageous);

Post-secondary education;

Experience in data collection, analysis, and/or costing;

Ability to understand building design and read blueprints is an asset;

A combination of education, knowledge, and experience will be considered.

Senior Consultant

Full proficiency in English (additional language skills are advantageous);

Post-secondary education;

American Society of Appraisal (ASA) professional designation or working towards it (ASA in Machinery & Technical Specialties is preferred);

Experience with valuation models, particularly in industrial processes;

Experience in training and mentoring is beneficial;

Relevant project management experience;

A combination of education, experience, and designations will be considered.

Director

Full proficiency in English (additional language skills are advantageous);

Post-secondary education;

American Society of Appraisal (ASA) professional designation is required; ASA in Machinery & Technical Specialties is preferred;

Experience with valuation models, especially in industrial processes;

Experience in training and mentoring;

Relevant project management experience;

A combination of education, experience, and designations will be considered.
