About Pampanga Restaurant & Banquet Hall

We are a reputable restaurant and banquet hall seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including Filipino cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Plan and prepare menus for our restaurant and banquet events, taking into account food allergies and dietary restrictions.
  • Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, using fresh ingredients and adhering to high culinary standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor our kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing banquet events, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Asset Languages: Tagalog language skills an asset.
