Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Maintain the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces as a Landscaping Supervisor with MBD Landscaping & Snow Removal. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our landscaping team and ensure our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Planting and Maintenance: Oversee the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Work Planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, judgement, team player, flexibility.
