About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at JS Gill Contracting Ltd. as a Decorative Finishes Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Advise clients on colours and choice of wall coverings to ensure their vision is brought to life.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging to ensure safe access to work areas.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces to meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
Work Environment

As a Painter with JS Gill Contracting Ltd., you will work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work at heights.
  • Permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
