Food Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Milton Halal Meat. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Assign Sales Workers to DutiesYou will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is fully staffed and that customers are being served efficiently.
Hire and Train StaffYou will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Manage Inventory and MerchandiseYou will be responsible for managing inventory and merchandise, ensuring that the store is fully stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.
Prepare Reports and Analyze Sales DataYou will be responsible for preparing reports and analyzing sales data, ensuring that the store is meeting its sales targets and that customers are being served efficiently.
Resolve Customer Complaints and IssuesYou will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience at our store.
Requirements- Education
A college diploma or equivalent is required.
ExperienceAt least 7 months of experience in a retail management role is required.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work EnvironmentThis role requires working in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
Personal SuitabilityYou must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and be a team player.
