Food Store Manager

Cornerstone African Foodland Inc is seeking a skilled Food Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of grocery clerks and shelf stockers
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
- Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training
- Order merchandise and authorize returns
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment
- 40 hours per week
- Willing to travel
