Food Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Store Supervisor to join our team at Cornerstone African Foodland Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of grocery clerks and shelf stockers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise sales activities, and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned store.
