**Make a Lasting Impact in Property Management**
As a Leasing Agent at Broadstreet Properties LTD, you will play a vital role in helping individuals find their dream homes. This is not just a sales position, but an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact on people's lives.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain exceptional client satisfaction through outstanding customer service and communication
- Coordinate appointments with prospective tenants and contact waitlist applicants for viewings
- Conduct thorough prescreening of applicants for pre-approval to rent and deliver news regarding approved and declined application status
- Support the move-in and move-out process, as well as day-to-day administrative activities
- Meet vacancy targets on assigned properties
- Contribute to business development through market research, marketing strategies, and vacancy rate analysis
**What You Need to Succeed:**
- 1+ year of previous sales experience
- Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm in all situations
- Effective computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with an ERP system is an asset
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites
- Availability to work full-time weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as required
