About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at Broadstreet Properties Ltd. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication
- Book appointments with prospective tenants and contact wait list applicants for viewings
- Complete prescreening of applicants for pre-approval to rent and deliver news regarding approved and declined application status
- Support the move-in and move-out process and day-to-day administrative activities
- Deliver vacancy targets on assigned properties
- Support business development in the areas of market research, marketing strategies, and vacancy rates
