S I Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Service Designer to join our team and drive the development of user-centered design solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing client journey maps, personas, and visual design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user experience strategies and visions that align with business objectives
  • Create prototypes and UX deliverables that meet WCAG and WET compliance standards
  • Conduct user research and gather requirements to inform design decisions
  • Design and develop user stories, profiles, personas, empathy maps, service blueprints, and journey maps to support user-centric development
  • Lead projects of limited scope or components of larger projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience designing client journey maps, personas, and visual design
