About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Insights Analyst to join our team at Payments Canada. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of strategic knowledge products and facilitating dialogue to inform and enhance our research agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including current trends and research outputs.
  • Communicate complex information to a broader audience, highlighting implications and significance.
  • Facilitate dialogue to inform and enhance our research agenda, working closely with the leadership team and other team members.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of knowledge transition strategies from Research/Market Insights to operating business areas.
  • Drive and develop content and reports on topics related to payments market intelligence and engagement.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in social sciences, research, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research, synthesizing and consolidating complex information.
  • Experience in supporting multiple priorities and projects.
