Key Responsibilities

  • Formulating, executing, and attaining annual financial plans for the branches within the designated operational area.
  • Driving sales growth and profitability across all divisions, including whole goods, parts, service, and administrative functions.
  • Meeting asset management objectives regarding turnover and aging, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring an optimal inventory mix to meet sales and market share targets.
  • Leading and developing all personnel within the division to cultivate a motivated and successful workforce dedicated to the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.

  • Achieving agreed-upon market share objectives for the sustained success of both our manufacturer and the company.

Required Skills

Required Experience

  • Must possess and maintain a valid passport, as travel is a requirement.
