Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour work week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
