Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial software and systems.
