About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Pilot to lead our flight operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures in accordance with Transport Canada regulations
  • Manage and develop all training programs for flight crews
  • Supervise and mentor flight crews to ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Monitor and analyze monthly expenditures to assigned GL accounts
  • Prepare and present monthly management reports
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis within the Flight Operations department
Requirements
  • ATPL License with previous 705 airline experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a pilot-in-command in a 705 operation
  • Proven ability to maintain document control
  • Strong operational knowledge
  • Post-secondary education in a related field considered an asset
  • Previous supervisory/management experience an asset
