About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Modinno Dwellings Inc. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Repair Plumbing Fixtures and Systems
    • Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
    • Repair and maintain existing plumbing systems, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.
  • Plan and Schedule Work
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
    • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
    • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Estimate and Manage Resources
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
    • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Measure and Fabricate Pipes
    • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size, ensuring precise fitment and functionality.
