Inside Salesperson Job Description

Guillevin International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling products, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiate special prices and conditions with customers and/or vendors as per established criteria.
  • Take ownership of customer service issues, resolving them in a timely manner and following up to ensure commitments are met.
  • Proactively suggest associated and/or alternate products to customers, promoting incremental sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on various product lines and broaden system knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years of industry experience, or a combination of professional training and experience.
  • Demonstrated people skills, excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Product knowledge and a customer service-driven approach.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
