CP Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Technician to perform a variety of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair problems with heating and cooling systems, including identifying equipment and system failures and recommending repairs or replacements.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems and their components, including heating units, building exhaust fans, and ventilation units, to ensure they are in good working order.
- Install new heating and air conditioning equipment and ventilation systems, including reading and interpreting shop drawings and control schematics.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial rooftop heating and cooling equipment.
- Repair and replace heating and air conditioning systems and components, including pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, and piping.
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites and ensure they are in good working order.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License
- A Gas Fitter License
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- H2S Alive
- Confined Space Monitor
- Fall Arrest
- A&D Clearance
- WHMIS 2015
- Class 5 Driver's License
- SAP experience is considered an asset.
