Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory policies and standards.
  • Review and update preventative maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in equipment design and operation to increase reliability and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree or diploma in a related field.
  • 6-12 months of hands-on experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems regulation and medical device manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
