Job Summary

Morrison Hershfield is a leading consulting engineering and management firm with a strong presence in the US and Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transportation Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the design and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, and retaining walls.
  • Coordinate with clients and other disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
  • Conduct business development activities to secure new projects and grow the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and 10+ years of experience in leading transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP2000, CSiBridge, and SFRAME.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and excel in both bridge and multi-disciplined projects.
