Lumenix is seeking a highly skilled Clinical SME to play a critical role in the deployment of our technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to integrate clinical, research, and design-thinking expertise.

As a Clinical SME, you will act as an Implementation Expert, Clinical Advisor, and Simulation/Research specialist, working closely with our Development Team and Research Team to ensure the successful deployment of our technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with potential clients to understand their clinical challenges and demonstrating the effectiveness of our technology in providing a solution.
  • Developing and delivering on-site and remote presentations to demonstrate our technology's capabilities.
  • Creating customized, multi-track educational training programs to educate hospital personnel and assist in the uptake and adoption of our technology.
  • Collaborating with our Research Team to devise simulation-based test strategies.

Qualifications include a Master's degree in Education or Hospital Administration, 5+ years of clinical experience, and excellent knowledge of learning theories and EMR tools.
