Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and customer needs.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop the skills of sales workers, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that customers can find what they need.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
