Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize automotive knowledge to provide aftermarket auto part and accessory recommendations to customers.
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers.
- Continuously develop and expand automotive knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
- Perform a variety of tasks to ensure the team's success, including receiving and processing customer orders.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
