Financial Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Orthodontic Partners. As a Financial Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and update financial records and administrative requirements to collect payments.
  • Provide new patient orientation and ensure all necessary documents are signed.
  • Enter and update financial contracts into our software system.
  • Resolve financial discrepancies and concerns.
  • Update financial information in our Practice Management Software.
  • Maintain and balance daily finances.
  • Maintain positive relationships with insurance companies.
  • Track notes on patient charts regarding insurance changes.
  • Process insurance claims and reconcile insurance cheques.
  • Arrange payment agreements with new patients.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Promptly communicate with patients regarding inquiries.
  • Manage and respond to customer calls.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring systems and checklists.
  • Manage and resolve patient concerns and issues.
Requirements:
  • Administrative experience.
  • Some financial experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
