Role Overview

The primary role of the Tech Project Team Supervisor is to ensure successful results and return on investment for our enterprise clients, particularly in the realm of Retirement and Benefits outsourcing solutions.

This position involves unlocking the full potential of LifeWorks' service offerings and expanding client portfolios by achieving sales targets set by leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the vision and strategy for the Client Development team, enhancing customer satisfaction and relationship health.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs, challenges, and operational maturity.
  • Collaborate with Retirement and Benefits Operations to manage project scope and ensure service excellence.
  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive contract renewal strategies and manage the renewal process proactively.
  • Provide insights based on industry trends to guide the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Participate in critical projects as necessary.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field, along with 7-10 years of strategic client management experience.
  • Experience in operations, implementation, and client management related to benefits program delivery.
  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to Benefits, Pension, and Retirement Plans.
  • Familiarity with contract management and negotiation processes.
  • Experience in winning new business through RFPs and expanding existing client relationships.
