About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Boston Pizza Athabasca. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
    • Place dishes in storage area
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
    • Package take-out food
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • English language required
